What this program is about:
This program will have weekly face-to-face group sessions where we will discuss new topics, review our week and answer any questions you may have.
This program will not focus on any one specific diet; it will, in fact, be focused on distancing ourselves from traditional dieting and diet culture and will help to create and maintain habits that will allow you to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms and signals.
Each participant will have the option to request either plant-based or omnivore recipes to reference during the 30-day program.
