I'm Pregnant/trying to conceive is this course right for me?
Absolutely! This program is about developing healthy sustainable habits and relationships with our food. Although some might experience weight loss as a "side effect" to modifying their diet and more well-rounded meals because this program is about eating food not restricting food and focuses on blood sugar regulation, and reduction of stress it would be a great option for individuals hoping to get pregnant or already pregnant.

I'm mostly plant based, will I be able to use the meal plans?
Although this program is based on an omnivore diet, it is plant-forward and I have been sure to include meat-free alternatives for the majority of recipes.

How much does it cost?
The cost of this program is a one-time payment of $597 plus tax, which includes lifetime access to all meal plans, videos, worksheets and handouts so you can refer to them whenever you need them.

Will I learn how to make my own meal plans?
Yes! I want you to come out of this program with the knowledge and confidence to build your own healthy plates and meal plans. The beauty of this program is that you have the opportunity to use a meal plan while learning along the way.

The program started and I don't have time. Can I get a refund?
This is a tricky one: as this is an online program, you will have access to all electronic documentation and refunds are not typically provided. That being said, I do take extenuating circumstances under consideration, so if you find yourself in this position, please reach out and we can discuss.

Where do we meet?
All meet-ups will be taking place virtually on a set schedule established before the start of each group coaching program. Choose your most comfy room at home and let's get started.
An additional benefit to the sessions being virtual is that we can record each session, so if you can’t make it live you can always come back to the lesson at a later date.
